Review of Saluda's Restaurant

My food came out gluten free and it was delicious but they do not have a gluten free menu, you have to trust what the waiter says. I mentioned it was a disease not a choice and she said she knew what celiac was, but could not explain to me which items were gluten free or not (she said steak, port chops and stuffed peppers were gluten free) but they come as dishes with the sides together and she did not have info about it. I ordered anyway because It was a company party, tested the Filet Minion with mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was all gluten free.
