The BEST place for celiacs eating out. There are many options for starters, salads and dishes of their magnificent cured meats or cheeses, and the staff and chefs are very well educated around celiac disease and cross-contamination. They offer Mary’s gf crackers instead of bread for celiacs, and even sell it at their market counter. They offer non-contaminated gf pasta, and almost all of their sauces are gf. Wonderful selection of veggies for sides, and they have great sorbets and ice creams for dessert if there are no gf options available. Oh, and their cacio e pepe risotto is TO DIE FOR. Salumeria Rosi is the absolute BEST.
