Review of Salute

Had a great meal of penne à la vodka. And a flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Our server wasn’t familiar with the gluten free offerings on the menu but was very helpful with going into the kitchen and conferring with the chef. Reservations are a must on a winter weekend.
