Great service! They have gluten free chips if you ask upon arrival and a gluten free menu. I get the three cheese gluten free enchiladas every time - delicious!

Staff were knowledgeable. GF menu. Good food. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. So good!

Gluten wise it was fine. I didn’t get sick, had the quesadilla. But my boyfriends non GF meal gave him food poisoning. He’s been sick since 45 mins after leaving the restaurant. We won’t go back.

You have got to be kidding me. Their gf chips are Tostitos. The queso is velveeta and their menu is a joke. Don’t waste your time and money.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the gluten free menu and as soon as we sat down I had my own separate gluten free chips and salsa without even having to ask the waitress, Nancy. Before being diagnosed with celiac I always split the nachos with my friends and it wasn't on the gluten free menu but I asked the waitress if it wasn't too much trouble to see if I could get it gluten free. She was more than happy to make sure with the cook that they could do that and before I knew if she was coming with gluten free nachos! So delicious and they didn't make me feel like I was being a nuisance at all!

Our waitress was super knowledgeable, brought us GF menus, separate GF tortilla chips, and separate salsa...before we even had our coats off. So appreciative!!

They were very knowledgeable of celiac and had plenty of options including a gf drink menu. They were nice and made me feel like I was not imposing in them for needing a gf meal.

Loved it! They brought me GF chips and salsa without asking and I was very happy and appreciative over that. The menu had a pretty big selection expect no chicken except for wings. I had the beef quesadilla. Delicious. Totally recommend.

AWFUL! I ordered three tacos in a corn shell--chicken and two beef with lettuce only. The waitress said she would check to make sure that was gluten free. 30 minutes later when our food for the whole table came out she puts three pork tacos with tomatoes only in front of me and says that those were the only ones that were GF. Why did you not come tell me that when I first placed my order instead of choosing my order for me?! There was a reason I didn't order a pork taco--because I don't like pork! Also, I asked for lettuce only, and got just tomatoes, which she tried to tell me I said even though my whole table agreed that I had said lettuce only. She then had the audacity to ask me if it was a serious allergy or just a sensitivity, because if it wasn't that serious I could eat the chicken and beef tacos. WHAT?! Obviously if I am ordering GF food it's because I either want to or have to, and therefore do not want gluten in my food!!!!After all that I had to re-order something and wait 15 minutes for it to cook while all my friends ate their food. She didn't even comp my meal until I spoke to the manager. Terrible experience here. They clearly do not know how to deal with people with allergies and special dietary needs.

Great GF choices. Habinaro chicken wings for an app and cheese enchiladas for dinner. Both were delicious! Atmosphere is nice and waitress was very friendly and helpful with her gf knowledge...Will definitely be back

I have been going to Sam Diego's for years and was very excited that they have a gluten free menu. I always enjoy the food and not have had cross continuation issues.

So they have special GF chips regular chips are fried in the same oil as other things. Limited menu, server not knowledgeable at all.

Eaten here 20 pluss times i am celiac never gotten sick there gf menu isn't massive, but it's safe I would take that over a risk any day 5 stars! And they have gf chips to bring before the meal if you ask. One of my favorite gf establishments.

I got the enchiladas. I could barely tell a gluten free tortilla was in there. It was all mush under a pile of melted cheese. The people I was with weren’t very impressed with their non-gluten free options. The table next to us had the nachos and they looked so bland. I won’t be going back.

The GF menu had 8 items on it - 4 were appetizers, 4 main dishes. The 4 main dishes were cheese quesadilla, cheese enchiladas, bbq pork quesadilla and beef & bean burrito. Server was not knowledgeable if other items could be GF with an item or two removed - like salads. Would not return.
