They were super careful and they asked me questions about how careful they need to be with the cross contamination. The food was also super good! I got the gluten free penne with sauce! The staff was so accommodating as I have severe celiac and cannot have dairy!

Just ordered their gluten free pizza and it came with its own pizza cutter and the foil tray it was baked on. It’s a solid pizza and I’m impressed with the steps taken to prevent cross contamination! I’ve had bunless burgers in the past form there with no issues also.

Samario's has always been a favorite! While they do not have a GF menu, they do offer GF pizza and corn pasta and both are delicious! The owner and most of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful when asking questions. If you get a certain waiter that doesn't seem to "know better," just ask to speak to management :)
