Samba Steak and Sushi

Not only was I glutened more than once but I also bit into my chicken one time to find it raw on the inside still. Haven’t eaten there since. Not worth it.

A lot of the menu can be made gluten free and they'll make it in the kitchen for you instead of the hibatchi to ensure no cross contamination

Ordered off grubhub and made my gluten specifications clear in the "special requests" section- they had a gf menu section so I assumed the were capable of making modifications. Wrong! They completely ignored my gluten free request on every item in my order and it was delivered inedible to me. Super disappointed and will not be returning

When they first opened we were very excited about the GF menu and some organic options. Over two years or so, they've lost their focus. There are fewer choices and servers are hit or miss.

If you do find yourself here, have Jason (the bar manager) serve you.

They say they can do gluten free but they don't give me any confidence that they truly get it. The food is good and the first time I ate there they cooked everybody's meal using gluten free soy sauce. The second time I went there they cooked my food separate in the kitchen, however, when I was eating it there was something unidentifiable in my food so I stopped eating. I wouldn't recommend this place for someone with celiac disease.

This restaurant is NOT Celiac friendly! Waitress and other staff had no idea about cross contamination since their english was very broken. I had to ask to speak to someone else who could understand my concerns about the way they prepare their food. I was told it was all GF but staff didn't sound confident. A few hours after eating here I got a skin reaction and all the GI issues I usually get after being exposed to gluten. If I could give them less that 1 star I would!

Delicious gluten free food and not just sushi! Had gluten free mango chicken and veggie fried rice. Fantastic food and fantastic service!

Awesome GF Japanese food! They will cook to order on the grill at the tablenif everyone chooses a GF entree. Otherwise they will prepare GF entrees in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. Staff is knowledgeable and accomodating. We've never had an issue here. GF sushi also available, made with GF soy sauce! Ginger salad dressing is GF too.

As a side note we stopped by early on Mother's Day but didn't think to make a reservation since it was mid afternoon. Although they were already busy they made sure we were seated quickly. Not every restaurant would do that!

the best Asian food u can eat separate menu will accommodate with other allergies. specifically if u want something without soy. the food is great. i always eat there.

Large gf selection. Gf sushi finally!!! Served with gf soy sauce.

GF menu included more than the usual number of items. Food was excellent and staff knowledgeable and careful. Will definitely go there again.
