Review of Samba

Samba was great. Our waiter, Juan, did an excellent job explaining the menu and what I should avoid (the garlic bread and flank steak). He also informed the rest of the wait staff that brought the meat around and had the kitchen prepare separate fried plantains. Another big plus was that the food was very good, especially the tapioca cheese bread. I would definitely go back here on another trip to Vegas!
