We read poor reviews about this restaurant at another location and were hesitant to try it…but we were staying at the hotel next door and decided to talk to the waitress/sushi chef to see if eating here was realistic. They assured us that modifications could be made for all gluten items and only gave us sauces that were gluten free. The food was wonderful! We ordered five different rolls that had been modified but were awesome! We watched them make the rolls and everything was separated to prevent any cross contamination. I really appreciated their help and willingness to adapt our food.

Do NOT go here! Everything I ordered was supposed to be GF. The waitress talked with the sushi maker & he knew than the waitress. However, I had a bad reaction. In addition, what I did eat was completely flavorless. Our waitress was also unfriendly & rude. Not a good experience.

I went because of the app but when I got there the chef said that almost everything is cross contaminated. I am glad though that he told me that.

They do not have a gluten free menu and my server was not very knowledgeable. They’re rice they use to make sushi is gf (no added gluten ingredients). Most of their sauces are not gf, including their house salad dressing. They’re crab is half real, half imitation but they will allow you to replace with a different fish. I believe the sushi chef is the owner as previously stated in another review. He made me gf salad dressing, but it was not busy at all when we were there, so not sure they would be able to do that during peak times. They do have tamari. My sushi was good and my salad was super fresh!
This place is so sweet. The sushi chef is the owner. He is willing and able to do food gluten free. They have GF soy sauce. The fish is really really fresh.
