They think they understand Celiac, but don't. Their protocol for pizzas is all wrong. They use shared space, the same sauce and toppings as regular pizza. They swore by their technique so we tried it. Thankfully, Nima tested positive for gluten so it wasn't eaten. The chilli tested safe. The restaurant staff was not terribly understanding. We won't be back.

I ate at the Sam Marcos Sammys and was fine. Ate here and got really sick from cross contamination. Sobe careful and stress to them the importance of separation!
Had the gf pizza three different times. Twice no issues. Third time I got really sick. However they have amazing salads so I will be back
The pizza was terrible. It was like eating straight dough. There were a lot of options. The service was great.

Nasty Pizza crust. Reminded me of the first ones on the market 10-12 years ago, grainy and tough.
Lots of GF choices and very clearly marked in menu (and togo menu!) - pizzas are great. The penne pasta and Greek salad were good. They also have huge portions (except the pizza)
If ur looking for a yummy drink - don't get the watermelon or cucumber coolers, they were both not sweet.
Wow, the pizza was delicious. They were knowledgeable about GF and cooked the pizza in a separate part of the kitchen. I got an all meat pizza with daiya vegan cheese. Yum!

Great place to eat gluten-free menu was very easy to read
Love that we are able to get a GFCF pizza here!
Very thin cracker-like crust but the toppings are what you want anyways, right?
I hosted my rehearsal dinner for my wedding here with 30 people. We set the menu ahead of time and everything was delicious! The GF pizza crust was thin, but surprisingly flavorful! Everyone's favorite pizza was the BBQ chicken, and the BBQ sauce was also GF. The salads were excellent. Service was attentive, but they did make a small mistake with checks that we managed to sort out. Would definitely go back!

French fries are made in a dedicated frier. They made our son a special meal of chicken breast and rice and were very careful and helpful with cross contamination. Super helpful, very safe, and good food

NOT CELIAC SAFE!! They make and cook the pizza on all shared surfaces so that is immediately out. They didn’t take me seriously when I told them I was celiac and needed them to change gloves/clean workstation/use non-gluten utensils. In fact, the waiter rolled his eyes. But I was there for a work lunch, so I just got one of the gf salads. And I am SO sick. I still have stomach cramps and diarrhea days later. It feels like I just straight up ate gluten. Would not recommend.

They do prevent cross contamination multiple different ways. Crust is pretty thin. We modified the BBQ pizza on the menu a bit. It was super yummy. They have several other options on the menu now that are GG besides the pizza, but we only had the pizza. They made us a gf version of the apple pie pizza. I do not recommend that. It was difficult to eat. All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Nice, slightly upscale, elegant, but relaxed ambience. I would come again, and do recommend it.
