Sam's Pizza Restaurant

They offer both gluten free and cauliflower crust pizza. I ordered cauliflower with cheese and bacon. They use multiple ovens so I asked for my pizza to go through the top oven and that they use clean utensils after I said I had Celiac. The girl on the phone didn't seem to understand what that meant, so I tried to have all my bases covered. My pizza wasn't marked that I could see, but the toppings are build-your-own so they could have used that? This morning after dinner last night, I have a little stomach pain, so I *may* have gotten glutened, but I'm not sure. Can't guarantee they had no CC. Tasted good though.
