Review of Samúelsson Matbar

This is in the selfoss food hall, but don’t let that fool you. The food was phenomenal (gf and non gf people were happy). While the menu isn’t marked they could easily tell me what was natively gluten free and what could be modified. They asked if it was an intolerance or celiac and made recommendations accordingly. Their fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer and were excellent. They get all the stars.
