The food here is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I had ramen and it was delicious. Wish this place was closer to home!

The sushi was good, but I wouldn't call this place safe for Celiacs. Nothing on the menu is marked whether it is GF and they do not have a separate gluten free menu.
I had to ask to find out and my waitress was not knowledgeable. She said the sushi was safe when I asked about a particular roll. I asked "Are you sure all the things in this one are? Like the sauce?" And she admitted she wasn't sure about the sauce, so we agreed to leave the sauce off and she brought me GF soy sauce. When the sushi arrived, I was skeptical of the eel topping and when I tried a small piece, it clearly had Seasoning, so I asked. She said it came precooked and prepackaged, and they weren't sure what was in it. I decided not to eat the rest of it to be safe and ordered a different roll. She came back later with a picture from the manufacturer with the ingredients and it had regular soy sauce with wheat listed.
Fortunately, while I have Celiac, the amount from one bite probably won't be too bad for me, but I'm not sure I'll feel safe eating here in the future. I do appreciate that the waitress tracked down a picture of the label though. I guess I would say just be careful ordering.

Best pad Thai I have tasted. Waitress helped with menu choices . Said would switch to gf soy sauce in dish if necessary . Some choices of sushi also. No room for dessert so don’t know on that
