I was nervous to try Hibachi because they cook in front of you and I am GF and the people I was with were not. We called ahead and they said they offered GF soy sauce (not many places do where I live in Pgh, PA) When I arrived I doubled checked. They assured me they had gf soy sauce. When the chef came out to cook he cooked all mine separate from anything that had regular soy sauce with it and cleaned the grill before cooking mine with the GF soy sauce. I haven't had hibachi since going GF 8 years ago due to not trusting the process of actually being GF. Everything was wonderful and delicious. I was able to have a GF that looked just like everyone elses! Soy sauce was GF, as well as their Yum Yum sauce. I did not eat the salad with ginger dressing as they couldn't tell me all the ingredients. I truely appreciated the care the chef took to keep mine seperate and safe. We will visit again next time we are in Sandusky.
