Most importantly, we ate a meal there and didn’t get sick. The food was lacking in flavor, as the sauces are not gluten free. We brought our own gluten free soy sauce, as they didn’t have any, and this did help with flavoring the food. Our dishes were cooked in the kitchen and brought out, while the people we were with had their meals cooked in front of everyone for the show. I wasn’t clear if our server understood our dietary needs but she was patient and after she spoke with the chef multiple times, we felt safe. We were able to have the soup, salad with dressing and dessert with everyone else. Overall it was a fun evening and we weren’t sick. The cooking show made it worth it.
