We took a pizza making class here and it was so much fun! They have a separate oven to make celiac safe pizzas! Amazing experience! Lovely place!

Not very cozy interior but the staff was friendly (by South Italian standards) and I got a fantastic gluten free pizza that didn’t make me sick. Like most people around here, they spoke rudimentary English at best but it was sufficient for our purposes. Everything was fine, the pizza was delicious and the price fair (it’s 1€ extra for gluten free which is absolutely fine). I can recommend this place!

I did the gluten free pizza making class hosted by Luigi at San Carlo - he made it so fun and engaging, we had a great time! He walks you through the steps and you practice with GF flour but in the end, he makes the GF pizza that you will eat. He understands the processes/procedures for safe GF food as his niece has celiac disease. During the class, I was worried about the olive oil canister having foreign flour on it and he noticed, reassuring me that he would make the GF pizza from scratch that we would eat. The Margherita pizza was so delicious, traditional Neapolitan style with tomato sauce, olive oil, mozzarella, and basil with a fluffy crust. He even invited us to come back the next day so he could make me GF gnocchi (not on the restaurant’s menu) - I did and it was fantastic! Highly recommend the class with Luigi 😊

Amazing gluten free pizza, antipasti, and caprese salad. Super friendly staff. Knowledgeable and outstanding owner. I was in Naples for 2 days and ate here twice.
