Disappointed. Truly. Don’t be fooled by the menus or lists provided by the information desk. Everything is cross contaminated or marinated in gluten.

Kudos to the individual restaurant workers who shared the ingredient book at the restaurants. We were highly disappointed to find out that the menus on the app were out of date and wrong. Had we followed that as our guide, we surely would be sick. For instance,Saber tooth grill marinates meats in beer, fries chips in a shared fryer, and shares a grill so corn tortillas touch glutened surfaces. They claim the carne asada tacos are GF. Not true. You can ask the guest services desk for a list of Allergens but it’s a year out of date. I uploaded the images.
