They have no options and don’t really understand gluten and cross-contamination. They tried, but failed miserably.

Just speak with staff. I always get Pollo Loco or a steak dish. There isn't a dedicated fryer, so bring your own chips and ask for no soft tortilla shell things (brain fart). They do have soft corn taco shells, though!
