San Marcos BBQ

Several years ago we spoke with the owner about gluten and aside from the obvious bread, crackers, and desserts all the meat was safe. My celiac husband and I eat here fairly regularly. Plus it is excellent BBQ!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

I had this catered at a wedding so they had limited options, but the employees knew what had gluten in it or not. I had the brisket, beans, and potato salad (no BBQ sauce as they were unsure about that). I had no reactions though and the brisket was delicious!!
