Fantastic! All vegan and all GF with sophisticated flavors in a modern California style. I went with two omnivores who are generally skeptical of vegan food and they both enjoyed it. Our waiter was also very friendly and attentive.

Fantastic experience! Lots of fabulous food that I never would be brave enough to trust if the entire restaurant wasn’t gluten free. Ended up having lots of different small plates to share so we could leave room for many desserts too. Highlights were the cheese plate, soufflé, raviolo, chocolate mousse, and carrot napoleon.

This has to be the VERY BEST celiac friendly restaurant I have found in this area. The flavors of their food are amazing, the owner is Celiac and completely understands the concerns of a celiac like cross contamination and GF.. in fact everything IS GF on their menu. I also have issues with corn and they made sure I didn’t get any corn/corn starch in my meal. The menu is also vegan and I must say I felt fantastic after my meal. I chose the grilled portobello mushroom with smashed potato with avocado aioli sauce. Fantastic! Great service, lovely ambiance, delicious and safe food! This will be by go to place when I work up in Berkeley. Thank you Jennifer and chef Barry!

I have Celiac and an allergy to casein. I'm very very sensitive to even the tiniest amount of gluten cross contamination. I ate here last night and had no reactions. The owners wife has celiac so they take it seriously. The only other restaurant in the area that has never made me sick is The Grease Box (the owner has Celiac).

My husband and I are major meat and cheese lovers but absolutely loved the food here. All of their nut cheeses and sauces were beautifully seasoned. The menu had variety and the wine was great.

Their kitchen space is completely gluten free but they do offer non gluten free alcoholic beverages, which is the only gluten item on their menu. The restaurant is also all vegan. The chef does an amazing job and the food is delicious! If you are in the area, you need to try this place.
