Staff was very attentive to our questions; they have canned seltzers and ciders and she immediately checked them for GF, even giving us the can to check for ourselves before serving. They have gluten free buns and menu indicates which ones can be made gluten free (some have fried components). When they served they announced his meal with the reminder of the gluten free bun.

The bun was a little sweet, but everything we ate was delicious!

I have been a few times and have yet to get glutened. On my most recent visit, the waitress made multiple trips between the table and the kitchen to ensure I was comfortable with the food. I got the plantain sandwich which is naturally gluten free and delicious. The kitchen used a clean pan to make mine to avoid cross contamination. Fries are sometimes okay, depends on the current sandwich selection so verify before ordering.
