They prepare in a separate area and dip it in gluten-free-designated oil. To avoid cross contamination further, you have the option of powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar donuts. Very nice employees that seemed knowledgeable and gave this information to us at the first mention of gluten free. They also have gluten free granola for açaí bowls. Donuts were very good!
