I ate here twice with my husband and once with my celiac kid. They DO NOT have a dedicated fryer - that takes out the following marked GF items - nachos (they make their own chips), the smoked wings (they also fry them), fries, and sweet potato fries. That doesn’t leave much. The ribs are delicious and I had a tasty salad; my daughter had a lettuce-wrapped burger. We did not get sick. Our server was super knowledgeable about gluten containing items and happy you answer our questions.
