We asked the waitress at Tarpon before being seated if they had any gluten free options for breakfast. She listed a ton of options and was so helpful! They get their gluten free bread from a local bakery and I was able to have the french toast. It was delicious and the staff is so knowledgeable!

I ordered lunch at the Tarpon House and specifically asked about gluten free items. The hostess disappeared to talk to the chef and came back and assured me the chicken Caesar salad was gf. Got it back to the room and it was loaded with croutons!
The menu at the bottom had a GF symbol but no items were marked that way. The hostess said “yeah that’s a mistake”

Great dinner with GF options. I had the GF seafood Flat Bread and their Salmon entree. Food was amazing. Service was great too.
Non GF food was great according to others.

The breakfast is good. The is a decent selection of gluten free options. The staff dose not understand food allergy. Charley's has no reel options. Had dinner at the Tarpon House making I clear I have a gluten allergy and the made the meal wrong. Had to send it back and it came out wrong again.
Buffet breakfast is excellent. GF options include fresh fruits, yogurt, smoked salmon. Custom omelette bar with many GF options. Fresh squeezed juices and Starbucks coffee. You can even get a free coffee to go. All while enjoying a fantastic view overlooking pool and Sanibel Harbour. Great experience.

The staff (minus the cute bartender at the cabana bar) was so rude! Had my meal taken back twice because it was BREADED shrimp NOT gluten free. And then ended up having to get a salad because they couldn’t walk 10 feet to the other kitchen. Never eat here.
If you ask for Gluten free when you make reservations they will make special plate for you. Did the Sunday brunch cruise. Didn't realize they had a plate for me and went through the buffet. Had lots of GF options. Bacon , sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruit. Yogurt dip, tomatoe..mozerella salad, salmon, cream cheese and capers. Really friendly staff and good food!
Enjoyable evening with several gluten-free options. I tried their gluten-free flatbread. It was delicious.
