— Excellent

Great panini - authentic Italian taste and fresh ingredients. I recommend the #6 or #8 sandwiches. The gluten free panini bread is amazing, nothing like I’ve ever seen before. I have celiac and have eaten here twice without getting sick. There is no separate toaster for the bread but they clean off the area or if you are more sensitive you don’t need to get the sandwich toasted.

BEST SANDWICH in the west village. Since discovering it 5 days ago, I’ve been 4 times. Awesome options. You can put any of their Italian sub options onto the gluten free bread. The bread is sooo good. It’s a long roll- never had anything like it gf. They also make the mozzarella in house
