NOT SAFE. NO DEDICATED FRYER. i called to order my burger and specifically asked about the sides. he said all the chips and fries were not gluten free. i asked to leave the chips out and just get a burger. we drove 20 minutes to get it and got home and there were chips touching my burger. my dad got the fries and they were raw and disgusting. don’t go here if you want to eat gluten free

I Ordered fries but because they knew they may have cross contaminated due to a chicken special, they made separate pan fried home fries for me instead of sneaking in glutened fries. Very thoughtful and helpful

I ordered the green Chile cheeseburger w a side of potato salad. The fryer is not gf. They do offer a gf bun, it’s Udis and honestly my burger was too big to eat w the bun and the bun falls apart, so I would skip the bun next time. Burger was good and juicy but needed salt( or that could be higher altitude dining). They took care to make sure there was no cc.
Yes
There was no gluten-free menu as I was led to believe. Either that or the staff had no idea it existed. The only option was a gluten-free bun for a burger. Food wasn't anything special.
I have been eating here since the Bobcat Bite days, before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. They moved into town and became Santa Fe Bite, and I became Celiac. A few years later and a couple of phone calls, and I was ready for the World’s Best Hamburger again. The staff is gluten knowledgeable, and they have GF buns that are actually pretty darned good. I had, as always, the Green Chili Cheeseburger with a nice side salad and an orange Fanta - my order from days gone by. One bite, and I almost started crying. Yes, the burger is that magical. Just be a smart Celiac and talk openly with your server. You won’t be disappointed in the least!!

I had been craving a juicy burger for the last few weeks and this place absolutely took care of that! I ordered a hamburger with a gf bun and green chilis. YUM! I wish I lived in the area so that I could come back.
