A normal Italian restaurant leaning upper scale, they offer glutenfree pizza, they use a Schär-Ready-Pizza-dough, baked in the stone oven. They a also sensitive about the issue, they are disclaiming about the circumstance, that the glutenfree pizza is in the same oven as non-gluten-free. But our son never had issue afterwards.
