Review of Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

I spoke with the owner about my dietary needs (celiac) and he was beyond accommodating. He went into the kitchen and read all of the ingredient labels to insure that all food items going into my dish were safe. He relayed all information to the kitchen and confirmed my dish was gluten free before serving. It was great!
