Santo Coyote Mexican Kitchen

Almost everything on the menu is gluten free aside from the obvious flour tortilla items. They have a dedicated fryer for the chips and salsa! The waitress was super knowledgeable about Celiac and dairy issues. She asked lots of questions so I would be safe. As a bonus they are open Sundays, whereas the other Mexican place on here is not. Definitely will return
