Santuccis does a good job of responding to concerns. If you ask them for a GF pie and specify you want them to take the ingredients from the walk-in fridge to reduce any potential cross-contamination, they will. Not sure if they have a separate prep area or if there are other issues of cross contamination. But it’s great to have a Santuccis pie once in a while ;) same great flavors on a GF crust.

Gluten Intolerant
Very accommodating if you ask/ inform them of your allergy. Be specific though as they don’t normally accommodate for the average table.
