There is a gluten free menu, and a pretty good selection of gf appetizers, entrees, rolls, and even desserts. All delicious!

When I went there, they did have a gluten free menu, it was just limited. I think they gave me one and asked me to save it, but of course I lost it…. The food is tasty, especially the sushi. Felt a little underwhelmed with the rice noodle dish I got once. Mostly those inexpensive rice noodles, some meat, and I swear it was romaine lettuce….
My child loves it, but she may not be your typical kid. I’ve seen other children there, but they have a separate area dedicated to those who wish to drink.

I am SO impressed with Sapa. Our waitress (Bethany) informed me that Sapa takes gluten allergies seriously and went as far as to hand me a small handwritten list of all the items on the menu that can be made gluten free. She was so kind, so informative. It made a huge impression on our whole group. Definitely will be returning. Oh, and the do have gluten free soy sauce!!

Don’t even waste your time here. They have gf soy sauce, but that’s basically it as far as gf. Their managers boast “so many options” but I tried ordering like 8 things that they came back to tell me wasn’t in fact gf. 0 out of 5 stars.
