Waitress said anything on the menu could be made GF. I asked specifically about the eel sauce and she said yes, but I had her double check with the chefs and it is not. She said the crab rolls are safe but after order them I asked if they use imitation crab. She said yes and I asked it it has gluten. It did. She even tried to tell me the tempura was safe. I finally asked for the manager because she didn’t know anything. Manager said they have customers who are gluten free that still do ok with the crab even thought it has gluten. I told her that is not their decision to make. This place was recommended by a celiac but I don’t think I’ll be back unfortunately.

They were able to point out items that were either gluten-free or could be made gluten-free. They warned me that the imitation crab contained gluten. I had the Boston roll, the Philadelphia roll, and the shrimp fried rice made with gluten-free soy sauce. No reaction.
