Me and my two daughters have celiacs. We did habachi at the grille table. They made our food in the back to be sure no cross contamination, which I appreciate. We were able to sit and enjoy the show with the rest of our party. The food could have used a bit more flavor. But you can ask for Gluten Free Soy sauce if you want it. We all ate and had no issues.

I had an excellent meal. They brought me soup without crispy fried onions, salad with ranch instead of ginger because it contains gluten. They prepared my hibachi chicken and steak in the back and it was wonderful!

Excellent food. The server was very knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free. Gluten free soy sauce was available upon request. Steak was delicious and perfectly cooked.

The kitchen prepared my gluten free hibachi chicken and fried rice separately from any other meal. They do not have a separate GF menu, but the staff is very aware of GF. You can either sit at the grill and notify your server that you are GF and watch the show or you can sit in dining area.
