If you pick something, they'll make it gluten-free.

I got some sushi and the yakisoba. The sushi rolls were smaller than I expected. For some reason they subbed buckwheat noodles (which are naturally GF) with thick udon noodles. The udon noodles held together suspiciously well, but I ran with it. The waiter was nice and brought out gluten free soy sauce for me.
