We had the bulgogi bowls and they said that the soy sauce used was gluten free! My husband (gluten intolerant, not celiac) was perfectly fine afterwards so we counted it as a win! Delicious option in the Zipper food court! They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Pretty good options I think! To be honest, I wasn’t 100% confident on cross contact, because the staff member I talked to wasn’t willing to be transparent in their methods/ingredients, and instead just said I would be fine. But, I did safely enjoy a tasty chicken bimbimbap, so they’re definitely doing something right! Might just want to triple check when ordering for celiacs & severe allergies.

Great Korean spot! They have gluten free items listen on the menu and are knowledgeable about cross contamination. Fried items are not safe for sensitive folks but the bulgogi rice bowl is great!
