I eat at Saritas pretty regularly. My go-to dish at any Mexican restaurant is fajitas with corn tortillas and Sarita’s is very tasty. I’ve never gotten glutened here. I do avoid the chips. I’m not sure if they’re done in a dedicated fryer or not, but I avoid fried food when I go out just in case there’s cross contamination.

Ate here in December 2021 and was notified by the manager that they recently switched to a dedicated fryer for their chips! It was so nice to eat chips and salsa with the rest of the table. No gluten free menu but the manager was helpful. I was able to order steak tacos on corn tortilla without marinade and it was still flavorful and delicious.

This restaurant does not have a designated fryer for their chips. It sucked I had to watch everyone else chow down on chips and salsa. I ordered the tamale plate. Wish me luck it doesn’t have cross contamination.
