Sass Brewing Company

As of 6/6/18 it shows this is permanently closed. I have not visited it - but was planning my stops on a vacation. Posting this so others will know it may not be open anymore.

This place was perfect! Everything completely gluten-free, even the beer! My 5-year-old with Celiac disease was able to enjoy everything on the menu (except the beer, of course - her dad and I sampled for her future reference) including home-brewed root beer, pizza and macaroons! Definitely a safe place to eat for Celiacs!

Best Gluten Free Beer in the Midwest. Blind taste test, I'd put them up against any small craft brewery in the Midwest.
