Absolutely incredible dining experience. Emailed ahead of time to ask about precautions and the GM offered for me to speak with the chef by phone. I declined, since her explanations were good (pasta in separate water, separate prep areas,etc). When we arrived, the server already knew we had celiac and double checked for issues with entrees. The chef came out and reassured us that we would be ok. They even have a separate toaster oven they use to bake the GF bread they make. When delivering our food, our server even took a plate back for a moment to confirm it was the GF plate. Even the other servers/expediters were aware. The server who brought out dessert was concerned that my (non-GF) husband ordered tiramisu. We had to reassure him it was ok. In addition to all of this, the food and the outdoor patio was spectacular.
