Wonderful, fresh Mediterranean food with a great variety and friendly staff! A treasure and must visit in N Raleigh. Wife is GF and has dined here countless times with no issues. She usually orders chicken kabob, hummus and kale salad with Gluten Free pitas.

Over the last few months. I don't get sick like when I have gluten, but I don't feel good either. Going to give it a few months before I try it again.

I had Sassool at Morgan Street Food Hall. This was my first time trying their food. The individual behind the counter could not answer any of my questions regarding preparation or cross contamination, which I understood since we were at the food hall. I put my faith in the gf reviews. Within 5-10 minutes I began reacting to the food. There was definitely major cross contamination. Be careful!

Wonderful Mediterranean food and such a vast gluten free baked goods selection. The platter dishes are almost the same as those found at Neomonde. The lentil dishes, rice dishes, ratatouille, cold salads, grape leaves, and cucumber sauce are tasty options. The portions are filling but not to the unbuttoning the pants level. I like the candy treats and mineral waters too. A nice place to get food from the diet known as the healthiest for the heart. I would go back and check out the grocery.

Wonderful food, all clearly marked. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity and food handling. Most of their menu is naturally gluten free. Huge variety. Plus it's Mediterranean influenced which is more flavorful and usually healthier than other types. All people love this place, not just us gluten sensitive types.

Well to start off the pitas and desserts are from a local certified GF baker called Jp's pastries.

I had the schwarma today with tatziki and cilantro and jalapeño hummus with a side plate of GF pitas :)

It's great to be able to eat comfortably. Now this is one of two locations the other is called neomonde.
