The menus are clearly marked! And there are TONS of delicious options. They told me that they were trying out a new gluten free pasta as of four months ago and my non GF husband said he could not tell the difference. We got the pasta rigatoni with Italian sausage and it was one of the best pasta meals that I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

Food is good, but not for celiac. The server told me they cook the gf pasta in the same water as regular pasta. Also the pizza sits on the same oven belt as the rest. Use caution if celiac. But lots of salads, meat/cheese plates are safe

Food was amazing! Hubby was glad for GF pizza or pasta but wound up with a terrific beef special with veggies. Very accommodating to us! And stayed healthy best of all.

GF items marked, GF pizza and pasta available. Staff all knowledgeable about practices. Beautiful ambiance. They use Udis pizza dough and clean the pizza surfaces prior to making the pizza.

Enjoyed our experience here. Nice patio seating. Prices were a little expensive for what you got, but there were a lot of GF options. Pasta tasted like it was corn based like Barilla and fell apart easily. Chopped salad was lovely.

**NOT SAFE FOR THOSE WITH CELIAC DISEASE**. When I arrived the woman who sat us down told me they use a lot of flour in that kitchen and can’t assure no cross-contamination. I asked about Brussel Sprouts showing GF on Menu but I asked about if they are fried in a shared fryer and they are. My waitress told me they use separate water for their GF pasta and they take their food allergy seriously… so I decided to stay and I ordered a salad and my husband ordered gluten free pasta that I was going to have a few bites. Four or five bites into my pasta I found a spaghetti noodle. I brought the waitress over and showed it to her - and she confirmed it’s a wheat noodle. While they comped our meal, and the manager came over, I cannot say that this was a safe place for this customer with Celiac Disease today. The manager came over and apologized- and he explained how he talked to the cook and how one noodle fell into the batch, that he didn’t use a shared colander - but I felt my stomach starting to gurgle as I was sitting there and asked not to pay for the salad either since I need to get home as soon as possible in case I’m getting sick….. it’s so difficult for us with celiac disease to eat out and we depend on these reviews and this ap … so I’m passing along my un successful experience….

The *BEST* GF sausage rigatoni I have EVER had! The GF pizza crust is said to be excellent as well! They change gloves for precautions And will take additional precautions if you additional concerns. I am GS and did not run into any issues! I also Had a vegetarian and vegan with me who found something good on the menu! They will modify! So So Good!

Many GF items on the menu. 5 salads, 10 pastas, or zucchini ribbons. Antipasti, and pizza. Also Minestroni soup. Just off I 70 at Silverthorn CO. The portions are big so we split the penne a la vodka and a salad. Really good!!!

Good GF selection noted on menu. Seemed safe. Now next morning and I still feel fine. Only problem is that my GF items arrived cold at table. Other people got hot food. I’m guessing they have separate process in kitchen (good!) but my food sat there and waited until rest of table’s items were ready. That’s why they lost a star. If my soup, and then pasta was hot, I’d give 5 stars.
