I want to like this place, because we don’t have many affordable restaurants in the area. But I cannot recommend it for celiacs.
They do have zucchini for pasta, and that may be the safest bet.
I did not find the servers to be very knowledgeable about gluten and their menu. For example, I have ordered a meat pizza gf and dairy free, and it came with sliced meatballs, which have gluten. I had to ask about them and the bartender confirmed. That day, I picked them off. She did not offer a new pizza and I was starving after work so I ate it. I did not feel good later.
I went again, and ordered a GF pizza with just pepperoni. When it came out I noticed the pan was cold, so I was worried it was just placed in the pizza oven without a pan, like the do the regular pizzas. I didn’t see them make it so I don’t know. But that night I threw up, was sick for 2 days, and my face broke out. With a gluten free, diary free meal.
If you want excellent Italian food, go to La Nonna in Vail. Yes, it’s more expensive, but the servers are fully knowledgeable and take your allergies seriously. I have never been sick after eating at La Nonna. Never! I just can’t afford to lose days of my life due to cross contamination, so I can’t bring myself to go back to sauce.

Great place to take my Celiac kid. He didn't like the cheese pizza and they made him gf chicken alfredo. Great tasting food.

Multiple items were well marked on the menu. Some could be made gf with letting the server know. Great tasting.

Delicious! I ordered the Salmon and they made it GF by not adding the cream sauce. They were attentive to my dietary needs and checked with the chef.

I was hoping for pizza but didn’t feel it would be safe for celiacs. They do put the pizza on its own pan but it goes into the same wood fired oven as all other pizzas. Cider was available. Ended up having a gluten free pasta dish with scallops and it was really good. Though I don’t love ordering pasta when I eat out it was outstanding. Great outdoor area with a fire pit and heaters. Dogs seemed welcome. Fun atmosphere. Not much besides the pasta was safe for those with celiac.

The gluten free pasta was really good and it was in a shape that I’ve never seen gluten free pasta in before. The waiter was great and when I told him how great the pasta was, he went to the kitchen to get the name of the brand for me! Unfortunately for me, the brand is local and I’m just visiting but overall this restaurant was great.
Yes
They offer GF pizza, pasta, and zucchini pasta. However, make sure to confirm with your waiter that everything is GF (toppings).
GF pasta and pizza. They also will sub zucchini noodles in place of pasta.
