Saucy has my favorite pizza in Cleveland! I have yet to have one of their pizzas I don't like! I always tell them I have celiac and I've never had issues. The chopped salad is a must! I'm not a big seltzer drinker but many of my friends love their seltzers. They also have some liquor so you're covered for drinks! This is a must for a chill pizza night out or delivery!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Went here recently for the first time and got a pizza on the GF crust. Was a bit expensive but tasted great and had no issues whatsoever afterwards. I’d make sure to alert staff that the crust is for an allergy/celiac disease so extra caution is taken, but overall, very good experience!

Saucy brew works is phenomenal! They are the only pizza kitchen (that I am aware of) with a dedicated gluten free pizza oven. Alert staff of gluten allergy/celiac or write both words in all caps on their online ordering platform. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had any reactions
