Review of Saus at Bow Market

The guy behind the counter told me they make the fries in a separate gluten free fryer, but that they can’t promise no cross contamination in a small kitchen, so they say the fries are “gluten free but not celiac safe”.

I decided to risk it, and the fries tasted great and I didn’t get sick. But I guess you never know when there could be cross-contamination, because you can see over the counter how small their kitchen space is.

Other downsides: only tall uncomfortable barstools for seating with no back support, they only take credit cards and not cash, the fries are very expensive (also very tasty), and the guy working when I went had a bit of an attitude about my gluten questions.
