Website says the fries are fried in a dedicated fryer, but also says cross contamination occurs and people report no dedicated fryer. Not worth the trip.

One of my favorite places in Boston for a quick bite. French fries and some sauces are GF. Ask for a list of GF sauces. They aren’t a gluten free facility but they don’t put anything else in the fryer except potatoes. They also have gf alcohol

I didn't feel horrible after eating here, but there was so much uncertainty about what would contain gluten when ordering that it was hard to feel confident. The staff knew about allergies, but were initially very unsure about which items on their menu were GF.

They had some very tasty cider options that I appreciated, I'm just thankful that the food didn't make me feel sick. Go if you are willing to play with fire a little

Nothing is gluten free! Fries are fried in dedicated fryer but oil is combined at the end of the night so doesn't really matter... NOT SAFE!

Warning! Their ketchuo has gluten in it. Why? They dont know- but they warned me off it. While the fries were delicious, the staff informed me that the filtered oil is all batched together at the end of the night so cross contamination is default concern. Also, any sauce that has ketchup in it will be unsafe. Too risky.

We were so excited to get gluten free fries and poutine, but they cross contaminated the fryer with a veggie burger that contained panko crumbs. Luckily I asked to confirm gluten free status before we ordered food. Not Celiac friendly!

SO HAPPY to find out that Saus has some great gluten free options, including fries and even poutine! They have a dedicated fryer. I had a great bbq mushroom salad with a side of fries. Their housemade sauces are amazing but I always get just the mayo and ketchup and play with those. Apparently most of their sauces are gluten free. Will be back for poutine!
