Nice guy running the truck was able to tell me confidently that the meat and two sides (coleslaw and corn) were gf. Meat was DELICIOUS, sides were somewhat mediocre and I found a mac and cheese noodle in the corn which I then stopped eating. Overall fine experience but would not recommend getting any of the sides.
