Great food, great location. Staff are trained in celiac disease and allergen protocols. Most of the menu can be made GF. Be careful about the pasta -they cook it ahead of time and either cook it in the same water as the pasta water, or reheat it in the same water. Also, the fryer isn’t dedicated GF, it’s a shared fryer.
