They seem to understand the importance of strict GF for Celiac and we’re knowledgeable about which items contain gluten. They have a special menu with GF written in that you can see upon request. I spoke to the chef and he explained that the prep area is all GF ingredients, the things with gluten get added on later.

I have family in forest grove, and every time I’m there, it seems like there is no where to go. We were going to Bites on the same block, but they were closed. We decided to at least stop for a drink, and I asked about gluten free options and the server brought me a menu with all GF options clearly marked. I ordered a cocktail, salad, the poke bowl, and some nigiri. They told me they prepare all the gluten free stuff separately, and it was so yummy. I did not get sick at all, and I trusted their knowledge of celiac. I’ll definitely be back!
