I had a great experience at this place. The waiter/bartender was super kind and patient and accommodated my requests with no issues. He didn’t personally know how to answer my questions but found someone who could .

When we saw the previous review about this new restaurant having GF options, we were excited. We've been eating out in CDA due to the complete lack of options in Post Falls. The food was great, but the staff was absolutely clueless about keeping things gluten-free, or what ingredients might contain gluten, etc. The tacos can be made with corn tortillas, and there's a $2 gluten-free bun option. I opted for the house salad instead of risking the fries (the staff "thought" the fries fryer was GF but looked like a deer in headlights when I asked about what gets fried in which fryer, if it's a shared oil filter, etc.) You know how it is when the staff is clueless... lots of questions that make you look crazy, lots of trips back and forth for them, and the ever-present feeling of unease if you decide to risk eating it.
I got the bacon cheese burger and didn't get sick, but I also didn't bring my NIMA with me. Next time I'll bring it to test my husband's fries. I got the Dreamcatcher cocktail and it was great! Right now their patio is closed because they're replacing the furniture, but it does get afternoon/evening sun so it'll be perfect for spring and summer.
Update - came back when they were busy and the main kitchen staff did confirm they don’t have any precautions for gluten.

Gluten free buns are available. The owner is gluten free and was great about printout items that could be made gluten free. GREAT FOOD and atmosphere.
