I had the Bay Pig “speciality burrito” as a burrito bowl instead of in a flour tortilla, which has Spanish rice, pulled pork, chipotle aioli, Mexican cheese, and mango salsa. It was excellent.
Of note, I asked if they had a gluten-free fryer and my server said they did not. But the burritos should be gluten-free if you don’t get one with a fried ingredient.
I asked for a side of tortilla chips, but did not remember to ask if they were fried here in a dedicated fryer, so I think I inadvertently glutened myself. The server didn’t point out that they were fried here in the same fryer as everything else, but I should have assumed they were. So I can’t really say anything bad about the place.
The burrito was delicious. I asked for a side of sour cream, which it turns out was entirely unnecessary. The chipotle aioli gave great flavor. Would definitely come here again!
