Owners are gluten intolerant too. It is so hard on 30a to find gluten free option- everything we have eaten here is fantastic!This place is immaculate and the kitchen is visible to everyone.

A GF bakery turned deli/carryout. Absolutely delicious wraps. Don't miss out out the meat filled cheezzinis and if meat isn't an option for you opt for the veggie version. The staff is happily willing to work with you food allergies in the entirely gluten free facility. Note: If you are using Google mapping to locate, it will direct you to the address on County Hwy North rather than South (head towards Grayton Beach)

If you are ever in the Panama City Beach/Santa Rosa area of Florida you HAVE TO eat here! Friendliest people ever and everything is 100% grain free and amazingly delicious!

Deliciously savory rolls with meats and cheeses grilled up in sliders or smashed into panini-type fritters. The owners are extremely nice and sensitive about food allergies. They also have super delicious salads and breakfast sandwiches with pastured eggs. We were at Panama City Beach for a week and drove out to this location 3 times and ordered enough food for two meals at a time. The items held up well and were delicious. There is no gluten in the kitchen. We will be coming back in the future and highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone, Celiac or not. The food is delicious.
