Review of Scala's Bistro

We came here for dinner (staying in thr hotel attached) on Friday night. While they didn't have a GF menu or fryer, they did understand celiac and were able to provide GF noodles. Food was great and I appreciate the server talking to the kitchen specifically about my needs.
